Staff Support Specialist Level II Location: Fort Gordon (Augusta), GA Description Seeking a highly motivated Staff Support Specialist (SSS)II to assist the Government leadership in supporting resource management requirements. Responsibilities and Requirements Coordinate and track all visit requests and requirements Enter visitor request information into database Develop visit agenda and coordinate and schedule meetings and briefing Assist travelers with creation of Request Travel Authorization (RTA); review submitted travel RTAs to adherence to Joint Travel Regulations Coordinate Government leadership meetings (e.g.) to include scheduling rooms, inviting participants, distributing read-ahead materials, and providing meeting minutes Assist in managing Registrar actions Receive and distribute actions from external and internal organizations Ensure action requirements and suspense dates are captured and communicated to required offices Receive and consolidate input from different offices for leadership concurrence; send action responses Assist with the collection and documentation of funding requirements and continually update/validate requirements Maintain roster of Government personnel for recall purposes Establish and update email alias distribution lists Assist in identifying supply requirements Enter supply purchase requests into ePro Track accountable materials and property Receive supply orders and manage distribution and storage Enter trouble tickets Develop visit agenda for VIPs Coordinate and track all VIP visit requests and requirements Enter VIP visitor request information into database Receive and distribute actions from external (outside of NSAG) and NSAG organizations Compile Weekly Activity Reports (WAR). Assist with the collection and documentation of funding requirements and continually update/validate requirements Assist the Government in communicating the Government''s Communications Strategy to facilitate information flow throughout organization to include budget and manager issues Attend/facilitate all project meetings Draft and deliver briefings for a wide range of audiences Maintain and utilize Corporate Action Tracking System account and local tracking processes. Maintain current status of all actions and taskers Draft and maintain a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Government functional administrative processes to include process automation. Requirements: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident As required by Executive Order 14043, Federal employees, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID- 19 regardless of the employee''s duty location or work arrangement (e.g., telework, remote work, etc.), subject to such exceptions as required by law. Education and Experience: Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years'' experience supporting senior level staff processes and functions. In lieu of a Bachelor''s degree, an additional four (4) years'' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years'' experience supporting senior level staff processes and functions is required.
