Network Engineer - Senior with Security Clearance

Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our Cyber Range Operations team supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC). This facility supports the Test Resource Management Center''s (TRMC) mission to provide realistic cybersecurity environments for test and evaluation of major DoD acquisition programs and to enable the conduct of realistic training and certification events for the DoD Cyber Mission Force. The NCRC facility may also support non-DoD customers such as Department of Homeland Security (DHS), industry, academia and international partners. The successful candidate will serve as an ITSM / Configuration Management Team Leader (or Network Engineer; Cloud Engineer) at the Orlando, Florida site. The position also installs, maintains and evaluates network systems and communications. Troubleshoots the complex network issues involving various factors. Conducts network architecture design, feasibility and cost studies. Must have extensive knowledge of Internet, computer, routers, switches, firewall, etc. Design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks. Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning. May also design network and computer security measures. May research and recommend network and data communications hardware and software. Maintains technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing. This positions supports the program and all duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Education/Experience Requirement: HS 10+, AA 8+, BS 6+, MS 4+, PhD 2+* Bachelor''s Degree and 6+ years'' working experience; candidates with Armed Forces college courses or Associate Degree, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.
