This position oversees operations related to order processing, invoicing, accounts payable, supplier management, shipping, and logistics from sales order approval to delivery date. This position''s goal is to improve efficiency and standardization of production & order processing that drives consistency and order accuracy and be able to communicate order deliverables & timelines with the sales team. You will be working directly with the client & design teams to support existing projects in production by managing vendors, logistics, timelines and all details to ensure product is delivered timely and correctly.About You:You are a quick study, have a fresh, open mind and love to learnYou are a solution finder who approaches every challenge from "Yes!"You''re not afraid to put yourself out there, and you love people interaction and details, details, detailsYou love working a checklistYou know how to be persistent in following up without being annoyingYou think it''s important to be passionate about what you do and take great pride in getting it rightYou are not afraid to jump on the phone and "get it done"Emails are excellent and a must for confirming the details, but you like a quick call to build the relationship tooYou work well as part of the team but also love to put the headphones on and go soloYou are self motivated and remote work is for youYou''re available to check for and complete that quick call or email after hours to make sure it all gets done on timeResponsibilities:Managing a day-to-day production list and communicate with vendors to ensure products are produced correctly and on timeCollaborate with sales team to communicate order status & progress, resolves any production issuesCheck purchase orders against vendor details for errors, confirming changes, and following up on next actions.Working with design to approve proofs and verify changesWorking with accounting to coordinate vendor paymentsInvoice validation and entryWorking with sales team to confirm detailsOccasional database cleanup, data entry, office and mailing organizationSkills:Supremely organized, understands logistics & timelines, experience with shipping a bonusExcels under pressureExceptional analytical skills and a sharp eye for detailGreat math skills Understands the importance of timelines and deadlinesSolves problems effectively and efficientlyPersistent & ProactiveExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence othersSelf motivated and shows initiativeWorks well in a team and with others in office and equally remotelyExperience with managing tasks, strict deadlines, assessing details and customer service (or similar person to person interactions)Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in business or equivalent combination of experience and education3-5 years of production and/or operations experience in promotional products, ad agency or marketing functionExperience with CRM systems (Ideally CommonSKU)Benefits:Flexible hybrid schedule, Mondays in office.
