Logistics Manager with Security Clearance

SUMMARY Manages and oversees the execution of tactical and operational support resources at all OCONUS and CONUS sites. Coordinates high-visibility support activities as outlined in contract Technical Directives (TD) and Contract Work Authorizations (CWA). Serves in a senior role, authorized to communicate directly with contractor proposals team to generate and develop technical solutions to USG Requests for Proposal (RFP). Organizes and maintains the Logistics input to multiple key data products for Program-level working groups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors TDs and CWAs; keeps the Deputy Director of Logistics (DDL) abreast of all changes.Generates and develops Logistics-based Concepts of Operation (CONOPs) - to include crafting resource support packages that meet operational objectives and fall within USG fiscal parameters.Coordinates program activities designed to ensure effective economical support.Reports in writing and orally to AAR WASS management and certain government representatives.Ensures TDs and CWAs are completed within estimated time frames and budget constraints.Logistics functional point-of-contact (POC) for all host nation nationalization efforts.Leads and facilitates recurring functional meetings for site-specific Logistics projects. EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 15 years Logistics experience; of which, five (5) of those years were in a direct supervisory role.Must possess and/or obtain a MRPT security clearance, as required for the position, prior to hire.COVID-19 vaccination required prior to start.
