Crew Members (Red Shirts): Red Shirts play just as important of a role in Five Guys operations as any Manager does. Red Shirts are trained to work in many different positions within the restaurant. The goal for all Five Guys Red Shirts is to receive their WEEKLY BONUS by serving perfect food, maintaining a perfectly clean store and by giving the best customer service. Requirements: - Enjoys interacting with people - Enjoys having fun - Able to follow directions well - Willing to perform tasks given with a positive attitude - Solid work ethic - Punctual - Consistent with company standards -Able to stand on their feet for upwards to 8 hours -18 years or older to work with grill and fry positions Grill position is in charge of making sure all of our patties are well done and juicy. Other responsibilities include cleaning and maintenance on grill and chef base unit. Also helps in the break down of the kitchen for close. Maintaining all food safety standards. Fry position is in charge of making sure all of our fries have a golden firm outside and a mashed potato inside with amazing taste. Dress position is in charge of putting all condiments on all items. Ensuring product quality. Also helps in the break down of the kitchen for close. Maintaining all food safety standards. No experience required. Uniforms provided. Earned paid sick time and vacation time. You also get to go home with extra money from tips daily & credit card tips weekly! Weekly pay.
