To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts.Job CategoryCustomer Success GroupJob DetailsFront End Technical Architect - Headless CommerceSalesforce is seeking a Front End Technical Architect specializing in headless commerce to support the full implementation lifecycle of our commerce solution, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients and solution the role, you will be responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of headless B2C Commerce Cloud-based solutions and technologies.These technologies include but are not limited to, Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, PWA Kit, Commerce APIs, other Salesforce products and services, and modern front end technologies and frameworks.You will be responsible for maintaining, on an ongoing basis, a comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem. The Technical Architect will specialize in Commerce Cloud B2C but have the ability to develop cross-cloud solutions.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to our clients and partners.Work closely with clients, colleagues (Delivery Managers, Solution Architects) and partners to clarify, define, and architect technology solutions to meet client needs. This includes a lead role in project discovery and definition workshops, creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.Design transformational technical solutions that meet business requirements in accordance with company and industry best practices.Advocate and implement best practice development methodologies to drive quality delivery of enterprise solutions and maximize speed to business value.Occasionally required to be hands-on with code, to develop POCs or help customers and partners with complex coding tasks.Work collaboratively and have exceptional communications skills, particularly in conveying complex technical concepts.Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serving as an active contributor to the communitys overall knowledge base and expertise.RequirementsBachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline.
