OverviewForefront Dermatology is seeking a full-time Data Analyst/Marketing Analyst/BI Expert to help with attribution tracking and marketing analytics reports. You will work with a team of healthcare marketers in support of multiple projects. Candidates must be experienced with Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI: Data Visual, and Google Data Studio. Please note we are focusing on Attribution Tracking, Call Tracking, and creating Analytics/KPI reports.ResponsibilitiesManage and innovate multi touch attribution modelDesign, analysis, and interpretation of projects from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and recommendationsAudience identification, and opportunity sizing for all channel marketing campaignsCampaign performance readouts (such as marketing metric performance, and success of the campaign)Identify opportunities for improvement through automation, streamlining processes and reducing campaign issues leveraging technologySolving complex analytic projects for the broader organizationApply statistical analysis to marketing data, developing actionable insights for stakeholdersCreate or streamline visualization dashboards to monitor marketing channels, operational results, and communicate performance.Partner with stakeholders and Business Intelligence teams to ingest required data for robust analysis.Work with stakeholders to identify new KPIs to evaluate marketing performance.Employ data visualization to effectively communicate marketing insights.Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications5+ years of experience with primary responsibility of managing data and reportingData-driven mindset, comfortable with Excel/ Google Sheets and proficient at building reports, and distilling actionable insights to growth the businessExperience using project management and data analytics tools and methods, proficient user of Microsoft OfficeStrong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze dataProficiency in Excel to be used for data set analyzingProblem-solving skillsAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to communicate clearlyDedication to meet project deadlines in a timely mannerRequired ExperienceDownloading data sets from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Email Marketing Software (Constant Contact), and Call Tracking Platforms (e.g., Ring Central, DialogTech/Invoca).Aggregating and evaluating data from multiple sourcesExperience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI or similar visualization tool, and Google Data StudioAdvanced and demonstrable SQL skillExperience preparing key metric reports on a weekly and monthly basisUnderstanding of data warehousing and multi-touch attribution modelsAdvanced and demonstrable SQL skillWorking knowledge of API builds an integrationPreferred experience with Python, R, Metlab, Stata, VBA, etc
