(NASDAQ: TTWO).What We Need2K is looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join its Core Games Team and drive the planning, execution and reporting process for our catalog lifecycle marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director, Global Marketing Strategy of Core Games, the ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with, and driving, cross-functional teams in the identification and execution of paid, earned and owned promotional support plans that maximize customer acquisition.What You Will DoThis role is primarily responsible for 2K Catalog Lifecycle Management, maximizing acquisition of new players into the 2K community and maintaining long-term relevance for our beloved franchises.Responsibilities IncludeIn partnership with Sales, Commercial, Global Marketing, Legal, Finance, Demand Generation, and Creative Services cross-functional partners, this role will steer fiscal catalog sales planning and the associated creative production and campaign execution.Own bi-weeklies and steer cross-functional leadership analysis of:Ongoing franchise sales performanceIdentification and commitment to quarterly paid media campaign opportunitiesDefined territory participation and budget support needsSecure and track all sales discount logistics, maintaining record for each committed promotion and initiating cross-functional action within their lanes of ownership, including:Lock of final approved promotion details (sales dates, terms, etc.)Aligned definition of territory participation and budget plansInitiation of global finance spend communicationStatus of all creative development, from briefing through to final asset deliveryInitiate and see through to completion all associated campaign creative:Identifying required creative asset needsAuthor and submit creative briefsMonitor asset deliverable status through to final master asset approvals, localization, and versioning, ensuring on-time partner handoff and integration into media campaigns.Ensure performance reconciliation and communication of completed campaigns:In collaboration with Global Marketing and Demand Generation partners, ensure reconciliation of campaign spending and performance data is completed for outbound Finance and Territory communicationSteer cross-functional campaign performance analysis during bi-weeklies for future promotion consideration and/or influence.Core CompetenciesProject Management - Proactive and detail oriented critical thinker and problem solver, tracking and moving forward the logistics of multiple campaigns simultaneously and driving cross-functional partners for discipline assistance and/or approvals through the process.Strong Communicator and Collaborator - Requires the ability to have influence and impact within a matrix organization both across departments and across geographies. Knowing our games and our player habits will be key to developing promotional strategies that drive growth for our franchises, and delivering promotional creative relevant to prospective new players.
