Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Junior Help Desk Specialist to join our team in the Springfield, VA or St Louis, MO area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. RESPONSIBILITIES * The Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) serves as the end user single point of contact for reporting IT related issues. Some of the tasks expected to be performed by an ESD agent include: * Maintain the ability for users to self-initiate and track incidents and request in the incident management system. * Assist users in accessing the self-service information and knowledge base articles. * Create and update tickets in the approved incident management system utilized * Answer customer questions by utilizing the live agent function via virtual chat capability. This is a full-time position. Scheduled hours may consist of either days, evening, or weekends according to need. (0500 to 1900 ET) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * One or more years of related experience * Must hold a current DoD 8570 IAT level I certification; Security+ CE preferred. * Any equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS TS/SCI with ability to acquire a Poly PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
