Responsibilities The ISSO III (Full Scope) oversees and implements the A&A process for high- and low-side Sponsor systems and cross-domain workflows. Documents technical architecture and policy to build required Body of Evidence (BoE) artifacts, supports audit and monitoring requirements, coordinates the efforts of the program management team and the technical team to ensure that all A&A requirements are met. Manages POAMs and develops mitigations for any assessed vulnerabilities. Manages reusable artifacts, processes, and techniques to simplify the A&A process and reduce the cost and schedule risk associated with it. Has the necessary clearance to access all required Sponsor networks and data.
