Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)-(Paid Traning)

Wilf At Home, an agency of the Oscar and Ella Wilf Campus for Senior Living located in Somerset, NJ, is in search of compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our Team. Wilf at Home serves those individuals requiring assistance in their private homes/residences, Assisted Living Facilities, long-term care facilities, and anywhere one calls "HOME". Primary Duties Our At Home Health Aides are vital members of our team. They are responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment while catering to the persons needs. This includes but is not limited to providing assistance in daily living and personal care services on a case by case bases. Cases are available in Middlesex and Somerset Counties. Responsibilities Provide health care services in patients residences Perform domestic and household tasks Transport and accompany patients to various activities and appointments Administer simple prescribed medications Assist with clients personal care activities Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition Maintain patients care records and document provided services Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise Collect routine specimens Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
