Capture Manager (2022-0054) with Security Clearance

We are actively hiring an Capture Manager with TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred to join our company working in Reston, VA reporting to our Chief Growth Officer. As a member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for: * Lead and support teaming discussions, strategy sessions, and solution development as needed; create storyboards or annotated solution outlines * Create detailed capture plans to collect and document customer concerns and desires and translate these data into key solution elements * Collect information about possible competitors - this includes taking meetings with potential competitors and teammates to help BD collect a complete understanding of the competitive landscape * Providing hands-on mentoring and training to all personnel who lead or support proposal development, including subject matter experts, writers, consultants, and staff as needed * Provide hands-on-keyboard solution development in support of active proposal efforts * Performing as a proposal manager on critical or strategic efforts REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Writing, Journalism, Political Science or any technical discipline * 10+ years of proposal or capture experience, including 2+ years'' leading or supporting the development of technical solutions * Active TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred; will consider active Secret clearance * Ability to work non-standard and significant overtime work hours (as needed) * Can-do attitude, problem solver * Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, ability to facilitate group solution sessions * Shipley Capture Certification or alternate strongly preferred
