Be More Than You Can Imagine . A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience. Lockheed Martin is seeking a FPGA Verification Engineer to work on a cutting-edge team developing embedded systems and FPGA solutions targeting the F-35, F-16, and ADP IRADs. The Job:As one of the largest defense contractors in the world, Lockheed Martin is responsible for developing systems and platforms in many exciting domains. This Verification Engineer position provides the opportunity to get involved on the ground-floor of exciting new programs, designing and developing new software and hardware components to be integrated into the future F-35, F-16, and ADP mission systems. The ideal candidate for this position would have experience with SystemVerilog and the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) to verify FPGA based designs on Linux. Candidates would also be expected to create verification test plans, support internal and external technical reviews and work with the design team to resolve any defects identified.The Team:The team appreciates and applies Agile development principles. This position will be located in Louisville, CO aerosystemsaerocombatsystemsBasic Qualifications:• Bachelor of Science from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.• Experience in the verification of FPGA and/or ASIC devices.• HDL programming experience with VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog.Desired Skills:• Experience with modern verification methodologies such as UVM, OVM or VMM.• Demonstrated experience in ASIC / FPGA life cycle (architecture, design, simulation, verification, validation, integration & test).• Knowledgeable in automated test pattern generation, logic equivalency checking, linting and/or other formal design checks.• Knowledge of digital design, development, and simulation.• Metrics collection, analysis, and reporting.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
