Digital Marketing Manager Location: South Florida, Remote Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday What''s In It for You: $80,000-95,000 annual salary 100% organization paid health insurance 403B Matched Retirement Plan Organization Paid Time Off Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will manage the development and execution of internal and external communication projects and initiatives to advance the Foundation''s priorities and elevate the DRIF''s brand identity. The manager will identify and create opportunities to expand the Foundation''s impact by elevating the understanding of its research and mission among a variety of audiences. This position will work closely with the foundation team members to advance a broad range of communications priorities. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media, email marketing, content creation and content management. The primary focus of this position will be to create engaging campaigns that can be used across different platforms including, but not limited to, social media, email marketing, website, etc. What You''ll Do: Create engaging marketing campaigns that can be used across different communication channels Manage external brand communications using all types of digital and traditional channels to support the company and its products Develop and implement strategies for paid campaigns to drive donors and subscribers to DRIF''s website on social media. Creates, designs, edits, and distributes digital communication materials designed to meet the communication objectives of the Foundation. Captures, edits, and delivers photo, video, and motion-based assets for multimedia content. Assists in the development and publishing of multimedia-based products. Demonstrates expertise in the development and disciplined execution of strategic communication plans using research and audience insight to develop key messages. Incorporates social and digital media tools in strategic communication plans and special events programming. Provides recommendations regarding trends in the digital space. Builds relationships across the foundation and with external vendors to enhance the professional image of and support for internal communications. Create and implement event marketing and communication plans, including social media outreach. Copy writing, editing and content production for all digital marketing. Experience and knowledge of Google analytics, google ads and SEO. Maximize use of constituent database through increased focus on data entry (donor notes when appropriate; event metrics) in Raiser''s Edge and event management modules. Create and develop a plan for email marketing in partnership with our direct marketing team. Responsible for emails for the foundation such as the DRI Insider newsletter and events. This includes the development of the email, scheduling and sending. Ability to self-manage, show initiative, be proactive and flexible Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to co-workers and customers Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Provide event support and guidance on best practices for 3rd party fundraisers and signature events to help increase attendance and revenue with digital marketing Other duties may be required. What You''ll Need: 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or similar field Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing projects to meet its goals; ability to achieve desired results while working collaboratively in a team environment Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills Knowledge of Blackbaud Luminate Online platform. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively What''s a Plus: Bachelor''s Degree or comparable years of experience in marketing and communications Certificates in anything relatable to position, such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, etc. Knowledge or experience in UX, WordPress, and graphic design a plus Working knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and ethics Experience in Raisers Edge applications or other fundraising database platforms Exceptional organizational, communications, computer and writing skills Superior project management skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous fundraising initiatives.
