Job DetailsBase Pay is starting at $18.70/hr increasing to $19.26 per hour after 90 days of employment; and then increasing to $19.84 per hour once the training program is completedWorking Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm Onsite 1617 JFK Blvd. 300Training Schedule Onsite: Total 3 - 4 months.1 week of classroom training and about 3- 4 months of side by side/ mentorship scheduleWhy work with QTC? As you receive a medical claim you will determine what type of provider the claimant needs to be scheduled with.Conducting high volume outbound calls to claimants to schedule medical evaluation appointments, follow ups and any other needs in the scheduling processDelivers exceptional customer service at all customer touch pointTriage daily download of referrals and ensure appropriate worksheets are assigned to corresponding conditions as identified by the Veteran''s Administration officeVerify appropriate CPT and CLIN codes are assigned to each caseObtain medical history for specific conditionsDetermine appropriate examinations, tests and specialists required for each caseSchedule appointments for examinees including follow-up appointments and rescheduled appointmentsEnsure all examinees and providers receive necessary documentationWhat does it take to be qualified?1-2 years of STRONG Customer Service background in a fast paced environment 1-3 months of medical assistant background or equivalent medical terminology backgroundHigh School Diploma / GED RequiredStrong Communication/ Customer Service SkillsHighly driven with the ability to learn quicklyComputer Literacy - Working with Dual Monitors and multiple software''s (Word, Outlook, Excel)Proven ability to plan and organize work loadAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast paced work environmentGood follow through skillsMust possess the ability and flexibility to work early morning, evening, and/or weekend shiftsThis is a Full Time position with incredible benefits and an amazing work culture!
