We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours.CHI Health LaVista Clinic has an immediate need to add a Clinic LPN to our team! This is located at our Family Medicine / Priority Care clinic off of 96th & Giles!Hours: working 3-12s or 4-9s, Monday-Friday between 8a-8p and rotating weekendsAre you an RN / Medical Assistant / EMT and are interested in this position? If you have a passion for supporting others and enhancing patient experience, we want to talk to you.Expectations:* Provide care for patients through their entire clinic experience* Administer medications accurately, safely, and consistently according to the patient''s plan of care* Complete thorough documentation on patients as required* Practice sterile or clean techniques for patient''s needing wound care/dressing changeQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:* Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program* Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board* Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association* Completion of IV Therapy Course required
