As part of the DMPK team, you will report to Director Haiqing Wang.How you will contribute:Represent DMPK in multifunctional discovery and development oncology project teams. Engage with Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Toxicology, Regulatory, and Clinical departments to implement DMPK strategies to improve and characterize candidate properties for clinical advancement.Lead PK, PK/PD, and ADME studies. Identify issues and help overcome experimental challenges; Responsible for quantitative data analysis and interpretation to characterize therapeutics exposure and safety/efficacy relationship.Author high-quality regulatory documents including ADME/DMPK sections of IND/IB. Contribute to review of regulatory documents.Play a visible role in global DMPK community to share learning and enhance consistency in best practices across sites and disease areasMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Ph. D. degree in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, or related disciplines.Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical industry with small molecule and biologics experience.
