Job SummaryAccount Managers are responsible for handling the business relationships between Activate and its clients. You will be charged with developing, budgeting, and presenting new live and virtual event programs that align with client initiatives and deliver immense value. Success is measured in building and maintaining strong client relationships.After a program enters production, Account Managers are responsible for ensuring Activate internal departments are supported in delivering programs that fulfill the specific KPIs of each client.Additional duties include client prospecting, outreach, and capabilities presentations. General Responsibilities • Direct and brief internal Activate departments on client programs and initiatives including: • Creative • Production • Operations • Administration • Lead the development of new dynamic event programs which includes personally producing: • Program Estimates • Large range of between 10k - 2M • Statements of Work • Work Back Schedules • Creative Briefs • Sourcing Decks • Develop programs that define client''s ROI or KPIs and correctly position Activate to deliver incredible value • Define scopes of work for potential vendors and negotiate timelines and rates. • Maintain client relationships by managing communication touchpoints • Manage client retention and gifting campaigns • Prospect new potential clients through a variety of different source • Produce relevant and clever marketing material for specific audiences • Deliver new capabilities presentations to potential leads over the phone and via zoom. • Maintain prospect lists and report metrics to team leader • Point person during pitch process: "Own" the room through effective use of public speaking by enthusiastically and articulately delivering new programsJob Qualifications • Education: Bachelor''s degree required • Experience: 5+ years of related experienceRequirements • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience • Proficiency in any kind of CRM • Must be well-organized, creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills • Sales professional capable of building strong business relationships
