Job Description

As a Delivery Consultant II for the CommunityWorks Knowledge Leader Team you will consult with internal stakeholders on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements, as well as ongoing system maintenance. As a member of the Knowledge Leader Team, you are responsible for Assisting in providing implementation process leadership for internal stakeholder work groups as well as navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and team leadership. In addition, you will develop and update internal and external stakeholder collateral as needed while triaging and working internally communicated requests/issues using internal tools such as Jira or Remedy when needed. As a member of the team, you will navigate across venues to review system updates, work with other internal stakeholders as needed, and develop and execute build plans and test scripts utilizing available resources. Finally, your responsibilities will also include displaying competency of complex full-system solution build and maintain accountability for build quality. Working Environment Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. LI-Hybrid Qualifications Basic Qualifications At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher educationAt least 1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experienceAt least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationPreferred Qualifications Bachelor''s degreeMpages/Dynamic Documentation/Orders ExperiencePhysician Documentation Offerings ExperienceExpectations Willing to travel up to 10% of the time as neededWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand person role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positions Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
