PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our Addison based client in search of a dynamic Finance & Accounting leader to join their growing team. This position is an individual contributor who will serve as the main point of contact for accounting & analysis questions for an assigned region. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience + an accounting degree and be looking for a long-term career path.$70,000-$85,000 + bonus + benefits + unlimited PTO + hybrid (3 days remote + 2 onsite...post training)If you love to partner with internal teams to provide an clear understanding of monthly and yearly results AND are aiming to grow long-term with a thriving organization, please consider this role!Responsibilities:Responsible for the review of accounting transactions, research and implementation of relevant accounting technical standards.Prepare the monthly consolidation reporting packages & partner effectively with the division accounting leaders to streamline month-end close processes. Preparation of annual audit and quarterly review request from external auditorsAssist with the preparation and review of board/investor reporting packageAssist in the monthly, quarterly and annual fiscal closings Assist in production of financial information for ad hoc requests Support the month/quarter/year end close processes and the preparation of the monthly and quarterly internal management reports and related financial statement analytics.Borrowing base reporting, certificate preparation, lien holder reporting Contribute to business process improvement projectsAdditional ad hoc projects will be assigned Position Requirements & Competencies:Bachelor''s degree in Accounting3+ years of progressive accounting experienceCurrent knowledge of GAAP and SOXUnderstanding of financial controls and financial reporting.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven success in a fast-pace, growth-oriented, results-driven organization.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Large ERP experience is highly preferred (SAP, Oracle, etc) Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70000-90000
