The Assistant Media Specialist position is an opportunity to learn the ins and out of a retail furniture business. This position will entail work with our digital channels including paid and owned media. You will be hands on in ideation, implementation, and delivery of results with the opportunity to grow responsibilities over time. You are the backbone to a successful campaign by translating the companies needs into actions and ensuring work is done efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities Include: • Plan, negotiate and assist with maintenance of digital media campaigns including but not limited to organic/paid social media and influencer marketing. • Partner with key team members to request creative assets and ensure on-time and on-brand launch • Track financial data to ensure we are on target for spend weekly, monthly, and quarterly with partners • Gather and review performance data with internal team to discuss and implement strategic optimizations • Work with internal stakeholders to transfer data securely for more precise targeting and optimization opportunities • Effectively monitor and respond to engagement and customer comments across social media accounts • Assist with maintaining and growing our influencer programs About the ideal candidate:To do this job effectively the right candidate will be eager to learn and take on new challenges. Qualifications: • Bachelor''s degree is required • 1-2 years'' experience in Marketing or Media required • Previous experience and familiarity with digital media channels preferred • Experience working in Sprinklr, Curalate or similar platforms a plus • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word • Strong organizational and communication skills along with an attention to detail • Hungry to learn and desire to continuously improve • Track record of serving others and putting team goals first • Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems • Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting prioritiesEmbody our values: Serve Others and Own it.
