Our solutions successfully integrate people and processes with technology and are aimed at meeting the specific business goals and information demands of our wide-spread customer base.We are currently hiring Test Manager (Fulltime) for our ongoing project in Annapolis, MarylandThe position is HYBRID / REMOTE , 2 days ONSITESponsorship: Yes (must have an activeor H1b visa for transfer)Role: Test ManagerLocation: Annapolis, MD (Hybrid/Remote)Duration: Full TimeQualifications:Bachelor''s degree in business information systems, computer science, business/technology, or similar degree10+ years'' experience in QA Testing and at least 2+ years experience in test management.knowledge of QA process and testing methodologyAbility to analyze testing requirements based on the business requirementsAbility to collaborate and work in a high paced scrum methodology QA processAbility to work, monitor and report test progress, quality status and test resultsExperience with SDLC methodologiesExperience with writing SQL Scripts for testingExperience of Agile methodologies and SCRUM processesExperience with automated testing tools - preferably SeleniumResponsibilities:As a Test Manager you will be working closely with SMEs, Business Analysts, and application developers to aggregate, prioritize, and report out on impact of the top-quality issues affecting the projectsCollaborates with SMEs, Business Analysts, and application developers to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirementsCreates and maintain the Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Test Cases, and Test MetricsDesigns test plans in a manner that supports both manual and automation testing for web-based applicationsCollaborate with business team to understand business needs and user requirements, procedures, and problems in order to propose/create/test solutionsExecutes end-to-end functional and automated tests cases and creates clearly documented defects that enable a developer to recreate the issue Assist to Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activitiesWrite SQL queries and utilize SQL Server Management Studio for various testing scenariosEnsure the quality and low bug rates of code released into productionFollow QA processes and procedures throughout the testing life cycleResponsible for conducting analysis of defects with development team, BA and other stakeholders, replicating issues for analysis and resolutionParticipates in scrum daily status and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and statusDevelop, present, and respond to proposals for specific Client requirementsSupport system testing by following up on and closing defect tickets in a timely mannerAnalyze feature requirements and assist in identifying requirement enhancements to improve product efficiencyAssist in customization/identifying requirement changes of software system to increase operating efficiencyCoordinate and Conduct feature demonstrations for stakeholders once testing is concludedInvolved in Software Development Testing of information technology solutions that align with business initiatives for clients/prospective clientsDefine performance testing process as applicableTest programs and monitor performance of program after implementation etcEstablish and evolve seamless regression test process to include existing features and new featuresAbility to create and execute test scripts using automation toolsProvide test status, communicate the test summary in testing and defect triage callsAdapting the test plan on evolving conditions within the projectDevelop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)Assure timely completion of testing for projects as well as comprehensive bug tracking and reporting.Preferred:Experience/Knowledge with the Process/application of Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 tax information security guidelines.Experience/Knowledge with the Tax Systems, Tax Processes.Note:Serigor Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
