Completes and enters medication and admission orders, and initiates comprehensive care plans. Skills & Requirements Job Qualifications: Valid NYS RN license Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, preferred, or comparable experience Master''s degree in Nursing (MSN), highly preferred 2 years experience completing admission assessments, baseline care plans. 1 year experience performing admission assessments in a subacute environment. Required hours: 11am - 7pm SIGN ON BONUS $5,000 PRO-RATED FOR PART TIME
