Forklift Operator/Plant Line Takeaway TechnicianLocation:Anaheim, CAJob Category:Operatives (semi skilled)Job Description:$1500 BONUS WILL BE PAID OUT AFTER SUCCESSFUL PROBATIONARY PERIODThe Line Takeaway Technician''s primary job function is removing pallets from the production line using a fork lift, scanning them into the computer inventory system and placing them in designated warehouse racks with no damage, according to standard procedures.The Line Takeaway Technician may, on occasion, assist Warehouse Technicians in loading/unloading trucks. Additionally, the Line Takeaway Technician performs various types of work such as: assisting Plant Production Technicians with changing out labeler rolls and stocking for palletizers.All technicians are expected to be engaged in continuous improvement activities, demonstrate initiative to drive such activities, demonstrate ownership of business results, maintain an efficient and professional environment by performing in accordance with our site vision at all times.Line Take Away Technicians are actively involved in maintaining inventory accuracy and GMP standards, inspect quality of the pallets received and participate in maintenance activities, and reduce property damages through safe practices.FORK LIFT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED (minimum 1 yr.) Individuals with forklift and warehouse experience in manufacturing processes, inventory computer systems and product distribution systems should apply in accordance with safety standards. In addition, we are seeking individuals with strong technical aptitude, proven leadership, problem solving skills, solid interpersonal skills and basic computer skills, and ability to work well in a team-based, diverse culture and with experience in warehousing or packing.Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of job duties or responsibilities.
