Case Manager

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Case Manager, who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area. The Case Manager provides linkage, monitoring, planning and advocacy for the most appropriate mental health services for children experiencing serious behavioral and emotional problems by going into homes, schools or other treatment settings.
