Great training and ongoing support through our No New Hire Left Behind Program Access to our Employee Assistance Program Access to our free online continuing education program Career growth opportunities and skill development Potential to join our 401K program Thorough training is provided, and Supervisors are always on handAbout the Role: Pay Rate: Earn up to $19/hr.Available Shift Times: • Thursday - Sunday 4:30p - 2:30a• Thursday - Sunday 4:15p - 2:30aKey Responsibilities: Receive product using hand scanners Move product by hand and/or with manual pallet jacks Prepare, pack and ship store and guest orders Unload and/or load trailers Relocate product within the Location using powered industrial trucks, once certified by Target Pick guest orders on all levels of a multi-level mezzanineKey Requirements: No experience necessary! High School Diploma or G.E.D. At least 18 years old Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards Ability to stand and/or walk during shifts up to 12 hours in length Ability to lift and move product weight up to 50 pounds. Items over 70 pounds will be identified with Team Lift stickers. Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shift up to 12 hours in duration. Ability to engage in tasks that require full manual dexterity in both hand and wrists Ability to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of 30-40 feet Able to access all areas of the Location, including those requiring stairs Ability to work with and around moving mechanical parts Ability to work in varying seasonal temperatures Available for overtime, weekends & holidays as needed Willing to learn new skills and processes Can contribute to the continuous improvement of processes Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment Able to maintain excellent attendanceIf you''re ready to join our team, apply now and start work fast!Speak to a Recruiter Right Now!
