By focusing R&D efforts on four therapeutic areas and other targeted investments, we push the boundaries of what is possible in order to bring life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.Join Takeda as a Senior Research Associate, Cell Therapy innovation where you will contribute to experimental design and be responsible for independently executing in vitro experiments to support screening, optimization and validation of cell therapy products. This includes generating and characterizing novel cell therapy products and performing complex research lab assignments. You will be responsible for data analysis and interpretation, data presentation to key stakeholders, and play an active role in the subsequent discussions leading to decisions and next steps.
