Ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded.Handle and protect all customer''s vehicle from damage.Accept cash or credit card payments from customers for service rendered. Operate Company vehicles properly and safely. Perform work safely and utilize protective safety equipment at all times to minimize the risk of personal injury or damage to the customer''s vehicle. Control and account for all manual work orders. Ensure proper information is on routing manifest, work orders and any other required paperwork. Aggressively pursue collateral sales opportunities.
