POSITION SUMMARY:The Analyst will provide support, maintenance, and defect remediation for all Tableau reports deployed through Supply Chain with minimal supervision. This individual will work with the Manager of SCDA support, impacted Supply Chain functional areas, and our development team to align on defect priority and criticality. They will resolve defects within the defined SLA and complete smaller enhancements owned by the support team.PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESIndependently address and fix defects for all Supply Chain tableau reports Independently address and fix defects for all Supply Chain Power BI reports Scope out and build Tableau enhancements with development teams/Supply Chain functional areasSupport the defect management process by coaching teams in Jira as necessary Ensure controllable defect SLAs are met and escalate to development team as necessaryIdentify and track non-controllable defects and to IT as necessaryProvide subject matter expertise to business partners working with third parties to build applications.Partner with business teams to gather, document and maintain business requirements that will inform data modeling decisionsPartner with IT on data requirements needed to support the build of data models JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum of five years direct work experience in systems administration, process improvement/best practices or 3 years of experience with an advance degree.BA/BS or equivalentExperience building data models, reports and dashboardsAdvanced SQL experienceKnowledge of data visualizations tools i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Design Studio, Lumira, or other front end visualization tools.Knowledge of SAP business object reporting toolsKnowledge of SAP Hana applicationKnowledge of GCP BigQueryStrong interpersonal skills ABOUTAt Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA), the possibilities are beautiful.
