You will work closely on small to mid-size teams with our researchers, UX designers, accessibility experts, product owners, and of course the broader community within the technology group.Basic QualificationsBachelor''s degree, or equivalent experience5+ of related work experiencePreferred Skills/ExperienceMaster knowledge of UX best practices, interactive design principles, guidelines, including current mobile accessibility standardsHigh proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Swift or Objective-C and an understanding of iOS SDKStrong skills in analyzing system logs and debuggingGood written, verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a teamProven experience with writing, releasing, maintaining mobile applicationsCommitment to test-driven approachesExperience with design system tokens, version control processes, unit testing, and accessibilityEffective communication skills with product team on domain, design, coding, and architectural approachesAuthor technical documentation to support delivery, maintenance, and adoption of production ready componentsPrepare for and provide knowledge sharing sessions on approaches and deliverables.Prepare demos, proof of concept systems, and prototypesExperience working with DevOps and Agile development modelsPossess strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExperience with performance analysis and optimizationExperience mentoring fellow engineer''s growth and improvement through code review, paired programming, and other practicesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExperience with performance analysis and optimizationStrong UX skills in Interaction, Visual Design, and animationExperience with code review and mentoring to help fellow engineers grow, improve, and adopt Commitment to test-driven approachesUS Bank can take care of Sponsorship for candidate who has valid work Visa.
