Our vision is to become the first-place people turn to for home repairs, and we invite you to be part of that vision!Job Responsibilities: The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, assembly, and replacement of residential HVAC systems, utilizing knowledge of air-conditioning, heating, pipefitting and mechanical layouts.Performs installation, troubleshooting and start-ups of HVAC systemsPrepares for on-site installation by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, and gathering materials and toolsInspects and maintains the company vehicle with routine checks and repairsKeeps all tools and equipment in good conditionDocuments work by completing paperwork on each jobOrders parts for installation requirements and based on timeline of needKeeps current on all major products concerning installation, operation, and applicationProvides technical support to our customersJob Requirements:High School graduate or GED3 years minimum experience installing HVAC systemsMust have experience with installing high and low voltage wiringMust be proficient in piping work, brazing, Return We Offer:Competitive hourly rates100% paid Medical, Dental and Vision benefitsBonus & Incentives, profit sharing plansAdvancement opportunitiesCompany take home service vanGas card, full inventory, cell phonePaid time off401kWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
