Clearance, Access and Investigation must appear in DISS and be within scope (6 - Years). BACKGROUND: United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) is one of six geographic combatant commands defined by the Department of Defense''s Unified Command Plan (UCP). As a geographic combatant command, USINDOPACOM is in charge of using and integrating United States Army, Navy, Air Force , Marine Corps , and Space Force forces within the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR) to achieve U.S. national security objectives while protecting national interests. USINDOPACOM Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) provides intelligence support and production for the Commander, United States Indo-Pacific Command (CDR USINDOPACOM). RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide on-site functional and technical intelligence support to USINDOPACOM including the collection, analysis, and production of all-source intelligence pertaining to foreign national Cyber capabilities and foreign use of the Cyberspace Domain in compliance with DIA''s and USINDOPACOM''s SOP for the Cyber FPA, DIA ADO, ICD 203 and 206 sourcing, analysis, production, and DIA tradecraft standards. * Develop, coordinate, and present in-depth intelligence briefings and presentations on adversary cyber capabilities and activities, profiles, and incidents affecting INDOPACOM communications networks or other relevant networks. * Analyze international engagement on global cyberspace governance and report on technology, global proliferation and dominance of cyberspace technology and capabilities, emerging cyberspace technology and capabilities, foreign threats to DoD cyberspace operations, supply chains, and technology transfer, and foreign cyber-enabled electronic warfare and information operations. * Assess foreign cyberspace capabilities vulnerabilities, identify critical cyberspace infrastructure and key resources, and performs nodal analysis. * Produce vector map products and conduct network analysis using geo-enabling processes. * Provide training and technical expertise, to assist Government analysts in the JIOC for the state and non-state actor use of the cyber domain mission. REQUIREMENTS * Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category. * Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. * Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines. * Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. * Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. * Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. * Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. * Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills * Valid US Passport. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : Mid Level : Bachelor''s Degree in a related field; Minimum eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the position, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
