Advanced Cost Analyst with Security Clearance

Location: Dayton, OH Education Required: Bachelor''s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences. Skills Required: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work on a team providing cost estimating and earned value analysis for our Government clients. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following: * Secret Clearance a plus, individuals will be required to obtain a Secret Clearance. * Pricing and BOE development, cost analysis/cost estimating experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) * Ability to produce high quality and accurate products. * Possession of excellent organizational skills. * Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills. * Bachelor''s degree required. Responsibilities: * Performs a variety of analytical tasks in support of Major US Government Acquisition programs. * Provides technical and operational leadership to assigned project or task deliverables. * Writes and updates Estimate documentation including inflation assumptions, risk and uncertainty, work breakdown structures, and base year and then year results. * Monitors and updates cost performance against plans to ensure that cost and schedule objectives are met. * Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure information is exchanged. * Participates in training and site visits. Documents actions and findings at integrated product team meeting. * Could be required to learn and incorporate data analytic tools into recurring analysis (R, Python, JMP). * Could be required to support customers at local sites.
