Role Oracle L3 Support EngineerLocation: Raleigh, North CarolinaRole Title: GTPS L3 Support Job Description:Minimum experience 6 years Skillset - Strong experience in Oracle/SQL. Oracle & PL / SQL. Should have good debugging skills to perform Root Cause Analysis. • Responsible for L3 Level application support, to address Trade Management(TM) related technical issues/Business related queries raised by the Business users and IT operations. It includes debugging and analyzing the application, providing resolution/workaround for issues with huge financial impact, perform root cause analysis, update the stakeholders in the incident management calls, improve applications stability through problem management. Responsible to act as subject matter expert (SME) to help business users to resolve issues/queries about front office trade booking, real time trade publishing, cash and settlement of the trades, trade lifecycle, etc. and to help them use the existing system efficiently. Convert the Business need into technical complex queries in Oracle/Sybase. Driving Client governance and stake holder calls on operational performance risk and challenges in the TM application. Prepare user training documents to use the system effectively.Experience with scheduling batch job, monitoring tools. Control-m experience is nice to haveShould be able to manage high volume data, prior experience in data manipulation/extraction.Strong client communication Work closely with delivery team to provide input on industry trends to tailor our delivery offerings to Meet the market needs.Understand the technical requirements of enterprise customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our solution for our enterprise customer eco-systemProvide SME level-consultation with project team and end users to identify application runtime environmentsLeads or participates in the successful delivery of complex customer IT Infrastructure projects from planning, design to implementation.Continuously focuses on project delivery excellence and high level of customer satisfactionGood business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with customers and teams.Produce design documents for effectively hand over infrastructure architectures to Operations teams for successful systems engineering and implementation.
