ACCEPTING LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLYIndependent hotel chain in the Miami Area seeks a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Associate who is willing to gain experience and to learn and to work on special projects in marketing, web development, social media and graphic designKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop social media content and strategyPrepare detailed reports daily for Marketing TeamAssist in creation and monitoring of marketing campaigns across a variety of ad-serving platformsHelp manage the department''s creative assets.Assists in the design and development of layouts for marketing materials, website and other mediaPlan and design email newsletters and other advertising assets under the guidance of the Marketing team.Manage website content and images.Research and analyze marketing and sales reports.Work with outside graphic and print vendors when necessary.Work on simultaneous projects Assist on printing of marketing materials and hotel signageMaintain hotel''s information updated across multiple platforms Skills & Experience • Bachelor''s degree or current student of digital marketing, graphic design or related field • Strong writing and verbal communication skills • Able to work cooperatively on a team • Ability to learn on the flyProficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite ( specifically Illustrator, Photoshop) and Mac OSExperience working with WordPress templatesKnowledge or experience with editing digital formats such as .PDF, .JPG, .EPS, etc.Willingness to learn and grow; can-do positive attitudeAdaptive design eye and skill, strong attention to detailsAbility to create and produce graphic artwork to support marketing effortsGood project and workflow management skills in order to meet deadlines.Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clientsDesired Skills and Experience:Must have experience in Hotel MarketingSocial MediaEmail MarketingWebsite DevelopmentExcelAdobe PhotoshopPhotographyBilingual
