Intelligence, Operations, and Information Requirements Manager (Senior-Level)-IMCC Location Virginia, Fort Belvoir Department BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify an Intelligence, Operations, and Information Requirements Manager who will be seated in Virginia. RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee Knowledge Management and Common Operating Picture Intelligence support * Coordinate and integrate directives, issues, and requirements for knowledge management for Government approval IAW IMCC SOP * Serve as the Knowledge Management operations manager to establish a methodology for sharing knowledge across the IMCC * Maintain current disposition of requirements and RFIs on IMCC Knowledge Enterprise and inform IMCC leadership of current requirements, RFIs, constraints, issues and impacts daily * Maintain and update current Battle Rhythm of IMCC elements on IMCC Knowledge Enterprise, and provide daily updates to IMCC leadership of conflicts, constraints, issues, and impacts. * Synchronize with Regional Desk Officers, IMCC Section/Cell, and HQ INSCOM Staff to capture and validate information requirements and deliverables. * Oversee and perform editing of IMCC production, deliverables (BUB, COP, Dashboard(s), SIRs, etc.), and ensure all deliverables are archived IAW IMCC SOP and knowledge enterprise protocols. * Brief customers (e.g., General Officers, Senior Executive Service, and SIL) on status of IMCC RFIs, current operations, products, BUBs, and COP, as required. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive IMCC Requirements Matrix, Request for Information (RFI) Workbook, Requirements Tracker Briefing(s), Requirements SOP, RFI SOP with corresponding checklists, annexes, and appendices IAW IMCC Or other Government personnel designated in writing * Disseminate requirements to appropriate staff directorates, divisions, and IMCC, then track requirement progress to completion. * Conduct analysis of operational requirements stemming from messages, plans, and orders issued by the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), HQDA, or Commanding General, INSCOM. Provide draft recommendations or response W50NH9-22-R-IMCC 06 April 2022 Page 33 of 57 to the COR, or other Government personnel designated in writing REQUIREMENTS * Master''s Degree in any discipline * Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance * MEL 4, WOSSE or SLC/SMA * 20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience * Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division or higher level * Prior Experience as a Requirements or Collection Manager * Demonstrated experience producing reports and incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers * Demonstrated experience managing research and coordination for projects PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Desired: Collection Managers Course Graduate * Experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff directorate NCOIC or primary staff directorate Warrant Officer is preferred IMPORTANT NOTE : This is a Best Athlete Selection Process!
