Our firm is a full service independent financial services organization, with a 30-year history. We have experience and knowledge that has allowed us to grow exponentially. We are comprised of several divisions: Wealth Management, Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction, and Employee Benefits. We are over 80 advisors strong and manage approximately 2B in assets. We are passionate about knowing each other, through business and also personally.The Marketing Director is an important role in our organization! It''s a recently upgraded role with short-term and long-term visions and opportunities. Initially, we want this person to come in and learn about our business, the different clients that we serve and familiarize yourself with the industry as a whole. From there, we expect a resource assessment and then a shift in structure to improve what we have offered historically. This is an opportunity to have a high degree of impact on Marketing initiatives moving us into the future. In addition to a well-rounded Marketing background, you will be a service-minded, creative, patient and collaborative individual!Primary Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage all print, digital, and social media content for various platforms such as Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.Possess Google Skillset Certifications including Google Ads Manager, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360Analyze data within Google Analytics to make data driven determinations on advertising strategies and website optimizationPost and repost relevant media, comment, share, like, join and participate in groups to generate brand awarenessDevelop and implement direct marketing methods and advertising strategies that will result in generating leads for client acquisitionFind creative ways to initiate customer interest across various platformsWork with teams across the company to learn more and build contentManage full online presence and maintain a consistent brand image across a wide array of websites, ensuring company information is consistentWork with printing companies and graphic designers to develop company literature such as brochures, newsletters, and other relevant contentCoordinate press releases and work with news agencies, newspapers, and magazinesExecute video content strategies for various advertising campaigns on multiple platformsAbility to onboard, train, and manage marketing team membersThe role includes editorial responsibility in several key areas of promotional and business development communicationsDraft, compile, edit, and proofread custom content for business communicationsVendor managementBecome fluent in the brand voice and uphold brand standards across all digital touchpoints, whether executing internally or working with external agency partners Job RequirementsBachelor''s degreeExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills and skilled at crafting compelling "storylines"3 years'' Digital Marketing experienceOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to create effective marketing strategiesProactive and positive attitudeStrong interpersonal skills; builds relationships and effectively collaborates with colleagues from adjacent teamsMaintains diplomatic communication style, while comfortably delivering direct and honest insightsSkilled at synthesizing information from various sources and quickly distilling insights and implicationsAdheres to high standards of data integrity when analyzing and drawing conclusionsStrong, highly engaged people manager who enjoys mentoring junior talentCritical thinker and problem-solving skills
