In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing highly personalized marketing campaigns to expand our brand reach, engage, and drive sales for targeted accounts. The ideal candidate has successfully managed multiple marketing campaigns involving a variety of tactics, channels, and analytics. A strong technical background is a plus given the nature of our team, our product, and our customer base. Reporting to the Director of Marketing for the Property Management sector, this role will be an integral member of our fast-growing, high-performing growth team and work closely with our marketing and enterprise sales leadership teams.Responsibilities: Develop, execute and optimize programs that demonstrate the value of SOCi across different teams and use cases to help increase brand awareness, improve the customer journey, drive high valued engagements, and accelerate revenueImplement multi-channel, integrated campaigns for target accounts by using a variety of marketing techniques such as email and nurture campaigns, ABM activities, advertising, webinars/video, events, and socialCreate email templates, landing pages, forms, nurture programs, and reports using Salesforce/Pardot and other marketing toolsBuild and manage target account lists and segment prospects based on buyer profiles and intent dataInteract with sales managers to optimize campaigns for their target accounts and provide the team with supporting marketing tools and assetsOptimize campaign performance through analytics, testing, and experimentationBuild and design easy-to-understand reports that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)Stay abreast of new technologies and advise marketing leadership on the latest trends, best practices, and standards. Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our buyer journey for prospects, leads, and customers.Key Skills / Experience:3+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably with technical or software/SaaS products and servicesProven experience with ABM and/or enterprise marketing, and a variety of marketing tactics (lead generation, content, digital, social, events)Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives at the same timeAnalytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn new concepts quicklyAbility to operate independently and solve problems quicklyExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools; Salesforce/Pardot and Salesloft preferredStartup experience (i.e., working in fast-paced, high growth environments) is a plusTeam player attitude with the ability to interact with sales, marketing, product, and key leadership stakeholdersExperience in the Property Management sector a plus What''s SOCi''s culture like?Led by a team of industry experts, SOCi is leading the pack in Localized Marketing for Multi-Location brands.
