Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned residentSupervise CNAs and LPNs and participate in their evaluationOversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore ProgramProvide nursing servicesConduct and document a thorough evaluation of each residents medical status upon admission and throughout the residents course of treatmentRegistered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:Graduate of approved accredited school of nursingValid license as an RN in state of practiceEEO/MFDV
