Team members in this role get the opportunity to connect with guests by showing warmth, compassion, and genuine interest. Accuracy with reservations, special requests/ accommodations, and management of the reservation system is of utmost importance. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Greet and seat guests, presenting the restaurant''s menu and sharing Chef''s daily features • Attends to guest phone calls, answers questions related to reservations and facilitates the reservation process. • Maintains the waitlist by obtaining guest information and providing accurate quote times for seating and manages the floor by observing each table''s progression through service. • Cleans, organizes, and maintains menus, host stand, restrooms, foyer, windows, etc.
