Training Specialist, Senior with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0138757 Training Specialist, SeniorKey Role: Provide SME support to the management of a DoD-wide training program, including coordinating with Combatant Commands to ensure the command-assigned forces are trained, certified, and interoperable with other Joint Forces. Establish and maintain training and certification standards for the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and other Joint Cyberspace operations forces enabling the command''s operations. Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives, reinforces Joint standards, and facilitates the readiness assessment of Cyberspace forces. Develop requirements for collective training and exercise events, including training evaluations assessments and assist with identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to the client and across the Joint Force. Develop and provide recommendations to the Joint client regarding strategy, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for the Joint employment of Cyberspace operations forces. Assist with the coordination and development of Joint mission essential tasks, review of Joint mission essential task lists, and assessing ability to meet the Joint mission essential task list standards. Support the validation of CMF and other command assigned forces to meet the training the standards necessary to execute Combatant Command Cyberspace operations support requirements effectively. Basic Qualifications: -2+ years of experience with training standards and developing training pipelines -1 year of experience with developing and Maintaining Job qualification Standards JQS -Experience with basic computer expertise, including the Microsoft Office tool suite -Experience with data gathering using various techniques, including working groups, interviews, and survey -Ability to work independently and with groups -TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph -Bachelor''s degree Additional Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with supporting a COCOM, JFHQ-C command, Joint Duty Assignment, or CMF team -Experience with providing briefs to senior leaders -Experience with data analytics for training execution statistics -Knowledge of policy, governance, service, and COCOM -Knowledge of service training, accessions, manpower, and presentation models -Knowledge of cyber workforce frameworks, including JCT&CS, DCWF, and NICE -Knowledge of CMF history and structure -Possession of excellent data analysis skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
