Come join our team!Position Details:Provide overall support to the nursing departments of multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) in our Abilene Market.Traveling between facilitiesResponsible for supporting the Director of Nursing and Administrator at each facility.The Clinical Resource helps provide input on, and support for, the implementation of strong clinical systems that result in the highest quality of care.The Clinical Resource supports the development and implementation of quality assurance measurements and audits, and assists in improving medical management processes throughout the skilled nursing facilities and market by coordinating and engaging in activities to proactively promote implementation of evidence based best practices.The Clinical Resource monitors, performs, and manages quality assurance processes including those supporting compliance to regulatory and/or accreditation standards.Qualifications:Must have a current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) LicenseMust have a minimum of three years of LTC experience.Ability to travel to multiple facilities in the areaDirector of Nursing at a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not requiredExperience as a Regional / Clinical Skilled Nursing RN Consultant is a plusService-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic, and respectful demeanor)Electronic Medical Records EMR knowledge is needed.Our Values: C.A.P.L.I.C.O.Customer Second, Employee First, Accountability, Passion for LearningLove one Another, Intelligent Risk Taking, Celebration, OwnershipAdditional InformationSalary: Commensurate with experienceWe are committed to providing competitive benefits and compensation package which includes medical/dental/vision coverage, company-provided life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and sick/vacation plans.
