QA Analyst - Sterling, VA - with Security Clearance

Quality Assurance Analyst needed for a direct-hire opportunity with SOC''s client to work in Sterling, VA SOC seeks a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our growing QA team to help build the platform of our assembled equipment to support CBP ITI Program in Sterling, Virginia. The QA Associate will assist in our QA procedures/strategies and will work collaboratively with deployment, engineering and the logistics team to execute and validate Quality Control (QC) on assembled equipment. Primary Responsibilities: * Perform QC and functional testing on assembled equipment. Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output. * Report all deviations to managers to ensure proper corrective action is taken. * Monitor all operations that affect quality. * Create/Review current standards and policies. * Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation in Service Now. * Assist with other special team projects as assigned * Other duties as assigned Basic Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience * 1+ years of relevant hardware QA experience * Experience with Linux and Windows * Manual testing experience preferred * Experience in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Experience with Jira or other project management tools is a plus * Competency in all Microsoft applications is a plus * Strong attention to detail while also working towards high level strategic objectives Employment Prerequisites: The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation, drug urinalysis, and verified compliance with Executive Order 14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors.
