Join us at Embark Behavioral Health in our Virtual Division!We are looking for:Experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners who are looking to be a part of a growing team that is focused on providing premier online psychiatric care to our clients and their families in all 50 states!What you would do: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat clients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication, and evaluate treatment results.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with therapists, and other program staff to discuss treatment plans and the progress of clients.Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, admitting diagnosis, psychiatric assessments, client interviews, medical histories, and observations.Prescribe, supervise and direct psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral teract, counsel, and instruct guardians and family members of clients'' plete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.Document client records and progress, including symptoms, medications, and treatments.Provide expert opinion to insurance claim adjusters.Establish timelines, tasks, and medical needs of patients.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:A degree from an accredited nursing school.Current and unrestricted license to practice nursing.
