Vice President Operations

The Judge Group is seeking a Vice President of Operations with multiple facility and capital projects experience in a food manufacturing plant.LOCATION: Covina, CACOMPENSATION: 150k to 230k plus bonus MUST HAVE: Bachelor''s Degree in EngineeringMUST HAVE: Experience managing multiple facilitiesMUST HAVE: Experience working with capital projects RESPONSIBILITIES:- Communicate with executives and divisions across the company to develop company goals- Implements new processes, technologies to improve and processes, resources and materials- Oversee activities o=in all areas (Planning, Warehousing, Materials, Forecasting, Finished product, Delivery)- Manage inventory and establishes controls- Ensure high performance based on key performance metrics- Participate new product planning- Oversee ERP design, use and implementation- Develop and manage budgets- Establishes annual goals and objectives- Provide leadership, direction, and management to the operations teamEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Bachelors Degree in Engineering- Food industry manufacturing experience- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes- P&L, budgeting, and cost control management experience- Strong data analysis and performance metrics experience- Strong experience utilizing business management software such as ERP, CMMS, OEE etc- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices- Capital Project experience- Ability to travel about 15% of the time
