Responsibilities This position is located in Darmstadt, Germany. Assist the Government in the development of technical documentation for the TITAN Surrogate and Prototype (the system). Technical documentation can include user''s manuals, training materials and lesson plans, as well as other supporting logistics manuals pertaining to the successful deployment of the system. Provide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed commercial and national GEOINT components of Army TENCAP architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration by PD Army TENCAP. Assist the Government in supporting the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of GEOINT and SIGINT architectures and assemble findings in a comprehensive systems overview presentation to ensure traceability to broader TENCAP enterprise requirements. Advise the Government on proposed changes to the system architecture design based on Sensor to Shooter timeline objective requirements, lessons learned, and user feedback and provide recommended courses of action when required. * Shall assist the Government in the development of technical documentation. Technical documentation can include user''s manuals, training materials and lesson plans, as well as other supporting logistics manuals pertaining to the successful deployment of the system (CDRL 001, 002, 007). * Shall provide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed commercial and national GEOINT components of Army architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration (CDRL 001, 002, 007). * Shall assist the Government in supporting the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of GEOINT and SIGINT architectures and assemble findings in comprehensive systems overview presentations, technical findings reports, and recommendations to ensure traceability to broader for enterprise requirements (CDRL 001, 002). * Shall advise the Government on proposed changes to the system architecture design based on Sensor to Shooter timeline objective requirements, lessons learned, and user feedback and provide recommended courses of action when required (CDRL 001, 007). * Shall identify architectural gaps between TITAN Surrogate and TITAN prototype ground station, mission command, and fires systems supporting sensor to shooter efforts and develop technical system requirements to address network and machine learning gaps (CDRL 007). * Shall provide TITAN system application training to users and provide support to system deployments and exercises and develop reports for the Government giving assessments on how to improve the system and operations (CDRL 001, 002, 007). * Must possess knowledge of national GEOINT systems and, the corresponding architecture within the Intelligence Community, and how they interface with joint and Army tactical systems to provide recommendations and findings on improvements and changes to TITAN pre-prototype and subsequent space kits (CDRL 002, 007). * Shall support the generation of intelligence products, in connected and disconnected modes of operation, document successful techniques, tactics and procedures in user manuals and technical documents, and provide feedback on the system''s capabilities to meet the requirements in all modes of operation (CDRL 001, 002, 007). * Shall evaluate generated intelligence products and provide assessments and recommend courses of action to ensure the system and users are supporting required intelligence requirements Qualifications & Physical Requirements * Active TS/SCI * BA/BS Degree * Experience in tactical level GEOINT and SIGINT disciplines, preferably those supporting the Army Intelligence Enterprise. * Hands-on experience with Army Intelligence systems * Experience in software tools found on Army GEOINT and SIGINT systems, e.g. SOCET GXP, Cedalion Suite, AGI TK, MOVINT, ArcGIS Enterprise, iStore * Experience in the development of training materials, lesson plans, technical reports, and other technical writing products for Army customers.
