This is your role.We are looking for an an IT Service Architect for the Endpoint Protection Service. The Endpoint Protection Service is a group of single services to protect the data and knowledge of Siemens, e.g. Malware Protection based on Windows Defender, Smart Card Service or Encryption services. These services are based on standard IT Products and are offered to countries worldwide.Design, implement and operate integration services based on different platforms, e.g. Windows Defender, Azure, etc.Follow and implement Siemens security policies and regulationsWork within the project as a driving member to reach and maintain the targetsInterpret and break down of Security regulations into realizable user storiesSupport completion of Security relevant documentationRaising Security awareness within the Agile TeamDrive Security conformity processesMaximize the value of the product/service and the work of the service team (ROI/NPV)Make sure the wider team delivers the desired outcomeActs as Product Owner Proxy if required acc. to SCRUMProvide the Product Vision, decide on strategy and product detailsRepresent all stakeholders, manage requirements and expectations of all stakeholders incorporating an Entrepreneur mindsetSupport the wider Service Architecture and Service Management Teams in customer engagements to ensure relevant services can be deliveredEnsure operational excellence by balancing customer satisfaction, service availability and employee engagement.Focus on delivering ongoing business value to the customers of the serviceUse your skills to move the world forward.You have successfully completed university degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fieldsYou have several years of IT Infrastructure and Security market experienceYou are experienced with Microsoft 365, Windows Defender, AzureYou have working knowledge and experience in IT Portfolio / IT Provider ManagementYou have knowledge in IT Infrastructure and ApplicationsYou gained strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsYou are able to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive and manage services in a fast paced environmentYou have a high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing)ITIL/ PMP / Agile certifications are a plusWeve got quite a lot to offer.
