Senior Software Engineer- Compute Service CommunicationAs a software engineer in the Infra Compute organization you will create, support, and evolve the compute infrastructure at Roblox as we build out Roblox''s Private Cloud. Come help us create, support and evolve the infra that manages the millions of containers that serve hundreds of millions of requests per second.The Infra Compute - Service Communication organization oversees:Service-to-service communication and networking (proxy management solutions including API Gateway, Traefik, Envoy, and in the future Mesh)API Frameworks, gRPC clients and in-datacenter communication protocol extensions and support.Securing communication between services, providing observability and metrics for end services to debug network issues.You Are:Care deeply about production health and reliable, sustainable production systemsLove for building and supporting networks, systems and large scale distributed infrastructureCustomer, team, and quality orientedLike getting things done4+ years of experience in compute infrastructure.
