Responsibilities Control highly productive engineering staffs that are renowned for their quick delivery, business responsiveness, predictability, quality, and efficiency.Develop and realise our technical vision for our client in cooperation with our CTO.To integrate new product features into the engineering workflow, collaborate with our VP of charge of building a top-notch engineering staff from scratch.Encourage the delivery of superior softwareEncourage the engineering team to excel in terms of both technical and operational aspects.RequirementsA degree in computer science or its equivalent; a management degree (i.e. MBA) 10+ years of experience is preferred, with at least 5 of those years spent in a senior engineering management position.Knowledge of leading multidisciplinary teamsRobotics enthusiast who is a self-starter and has a strong learning philosophyProfound knowledge of software development lifecycle approachesWilling to go (up to 20%) to the field to meet with clients and better understand our productBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package (medical/dental/vision)401K PlanGenerous early-stage equityUnlimited PTOPaid parental leave
