This is a remote position with a hybrid option for candidates based in Morristown, New Jersey.How you''ll contribute:As a Derivatives Analyst, you will work closely with our derivatives traders and portfolio managers. They will provide market surveillance, pre-trade analysis, trade entry and position reporting. Analysts also benefit from on-the-job training, online development tools and continuing education. Our small team offers analysts the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while being trained by seasoned Investment this role, you''ll get to:* Pre-trade analysis and modeling.* Position reporting and ad-hoc risk analysis and project work.* Monitoring risk, positions and P&L.* Trade entry* Providing weekly market commentaryWe''re looking for people who have:* Bachelor''s degree. Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, or Science majors preferred.* 0-2 years of work experience preferred. Knowledge of Derivatives a plus.* Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA is strongly preferred.* Initiative with intellectual curiosity, who embraces a steep learning curve and seeks out responsibility.* Programming skills are a plus.Research shows some people may not apply for a role if they don''t check all the boxes of a job description.
